Here’s a fun fact about The Buggy Factory:
The Buggy Factory is run by Southern Pines Brewing Company. Once the brewery opens up in July, we will be specializing in lagers, prized for their methodical fermentation process using specialized yeast at cooler temperatures over several weeks. Because of the smaller nature and slower pace of this brewery, it makes it an ideal location to experiment with lagers.
